How to Prepare for a Chakra Clearing Session

Your session will best serve you if you will create a sacred, quiet time and space for yourself and you are relaxed.

You may want to light a light-coloured candle and burn your favourite incense ~ and listen to soft soothing music during our chakra session.

I will be clearing and cleaning your chakras during our session together, and I will also align your chakras with your heart at the end of our session.

Aligning your chakras with your heart will also assist in grounding and centering you. 

At the end of our session together, I will email you a summary of our session work together. I will also make recommendations I may have which will support you in keeping your body and soul aligned with your heart and keeping your chakras open and clear.
